Can't work out what's wrong.. sloppy prints

Hey,
I've had my printer for a couple of days, it's a "WANHAO DUPLICATOR 4X"

I've printed a few smaller items now but they always seem rather messy, or misshapen.

Here are some pictures and the settings I used.

I'm using ABS.


Anyone have any clues as to where I'm going wrong?
