ZAGI-18 Delta 3D Printer - UV Curable Extrusion
While there are many 3D printers now available on the market, few are truly innovative or distinct from other designs. Palm City, Florida-based DeltaBots seeks to present a new approach to the 3D printing market and, following two years of R&D, is ready to unveil the results of their efforts. The ZAGI-18, which DeltaBots touts as the sturdiest Delta 3D printer to hit the market, has launched as a Kickstarter project ready for funding. With the campaign running through December 5, DeltaBots has a $38,000 goal. The ZAGI-18 is a sturdy, heavy Delta 3D printer that can handle all manner of materials and projects. Several types of extruders and extruder processes enable the ZAGI-18 to print with PLA and ABS thermoplastics (like most similar 3D printers do), and also with an option to add in paste extrusion, including a unique UV-curable paste that allows extrusion of clay-like materials and resin-based materials.
