I do not have a dust remover. Also I have a 0.4mm nozzle and they look like this:

I am going to try to remove the nozzle today and blow torch it to see if that fixes the issue. The weird thing is it extrudes right now just not the same amount as before. I am really torn between the motor that pushes the filament and the nozzle. I have checked the set screw on the motor shaft and it is on there nice and tight.
