Candy - The Confectionery Focused 3D Printer
We have seen several different types of food printing machines over the last year or so, but have yet to see a machine just made to print onto cakes and other confections. 'Candy' is the first confectionery-focused 3D printer, and will launch a Kickstarter campaign next week. The Candy printer is the brainchild of a company based in London called 3D Ventures, and will be relatively affordable at just $499. More details on this printer can be found here: http://3dprint.com/12096/candy-3d-printer
Let's hear your thoughts on 'Candy'. Below is an image of two of these 3D printers side by side, about the size of a typical espresso machine.
