I saw this stat the other day and thought it was interesting.

Those who are down on 3D Printing, saying it's over hyped, usually use the line
"3D Printing has been around for 25 years now, it's nothing new."
Here is my response:
A study on the growth of 3D Printing was performed in 2010. It found that growth in the 3D Printed market was a total of 23% from 1987 to 2010, while growth in 2010 alone was over 25%. The market is exploding, and this is just the very beginning in my opinion.
