Try 60 bed temp and use some glue stick, or just try glue stick first.

There are lots of Youtube videos about bed adhesion.

Thanks for the reply. I'm happy to try that but it doesn't make sense to me that I'd need to use glue if it was working before and now with bed adjustments it's no longer working. Am I missing something?
