Okay.
Right here is where we hit the problems.
What you have there is a flat 2 dimensional picture.
You could print it out on glossy photo paper, glue that to a barrel, and cover that with your resin before turning. That would look pretty good.
What you do not have is a 3d printable model.
Also the vast majority of 3d prints are monochrome - bicolor at best.
Turning a full color 2d photo into a printable monochrome model is ridiculously complicated and requires someone with a lot more artistic talent than I have.
