Mimaki Engineering to enter 3D printing space

It was only 7 months ago that HP announced they would be utilizing their proprietary inkjet printing in order to enter the 3D printing space. They did so in grand fashion. Now, another 2D printing company is following in HP's footsteps. Mimaki Engineering, the manufacturers of many different inkjet 3D printers has announced that they too will be utilizing their proprietary inkjet technology in order to enter the 3D printing space. In August they will begin offering 3D printing as a service with the sale of machines following soon after. Read and see more at: http://3dprint.com/68266/mimaki-engi...g-3d-printing/

Yeah Staples started doing this in Europe in 2014, we haven't heard much from it since either.
    Too specific, too much hassle.
