Compiling a list of 3D design software
Hey there! I'm Laura, and I'm new to the field.
I was hoping to compile a list of 3D printing designing software, and want to find a program I'm really comfortable with.
I'm currently using Slic3r, a basic tool that was provided my Prusa Research when I bought my printer from them.
It's a good enough tool, and it's been very useful so far, but some new software might help take full advantage of my
printer.
Thanks!

Hi,
Are you looking for Design software or a slicing software ? Slic3r belongs to the last : you can't do any actual design in it. If you are talking about design, do you mean any CAD, art CAD or engineering CAD ?

CAD, preferably. I've not been able to actually make any designs (mainly out of cowardice) I've just stolen them from my colleagues.
