hot end grinding on surface

I have my bed levelled to a sheet of paper
when im printing abs
it looks like the hotend is sliding over the already printed abs.
looks like its bumping over/grinding the tip as it moves around

only really a problem with the first two layers

Did you level your bed hot or cold? If the latter, level it when hot. The heatbed can warp itself as function of temperature.
