I would wait for some of these low priced kickstarters to start shipping and then taking orders. Also Printrbot is still an option in that price range. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy an el cheapo off ebay from China, you will regret it. My coworker did that thinking he'd save a couple hundred bucks and it's turning around to bite him in the rear. Basically his kit included incorrect parts, missing parts, no instructions, etc. In the end the money you saved will be a wash in the extra time spent figuring everything out.
