Getting some curling on the bottom corner of some blocks
I am doing 9 small blocks on my Replicator 2 using PLA. I am getting some curling on the bottom, one or two corners. It is Makerbot PLA. The painters tape is brand new. Thanks for any advice.

go to Thingiverse and search: helper disk and pacman corners .... for examples
basically you are putting a thin round disk on the corners, they will pull up and curl, hopefully keeping your square corner down

When I am having lifting problems, sometimes the mickey ears helps. If its really lifting then sometimes I also pause the print and masking tape down the ears! One of my gremlins was my drafty shop, once I closed off the side of my machine that problem went away, hurray! Russ
