I uncommented it and now the extra move up after G28 is back and the pauses while probing. The offset is again not right.

If i change the z offset in eeprom (-2mm), M114 3.2mm so it will end up at the same position zero about 3mm over the bed.

Two questions:
- Can you keep bumping the Z_PROBE_OFFSET up with the M851 command and get the G28 and G29 pair to leave the nozzle in a position that agrees with the M114? (On this one, lets not worry about the intermediate step of what G28 thinks) If so, can you get a first layer of a print to go down nicely?
- With that same offset, can you skip subsequent G29's and just use the G28 to start a print?

Roxy, no I cannot bump up or down the z offset, the actual zero is about 3mm above the bed. I cannot print. If I increase/decrease the offset, it will change the M114 value.
How do I do the M851 adjustment, above is done with eeporm. I am out for ceveral hours now.

You can verify you have the M851 command by just issuing it. Say M851 and the printer should respond with what it thinks the current Z offset is.
Using that information.... You can say something like M851 Z -1.65 to change the offset to -1.65 And then you can continue on and do new G28's and G29's.
