    How so if i have done the flow test and for every 10cm requested it pulls 10cm dead

    That means your 'e' steps are right.

    In your slicer there should be a flow ratio setting or extrusion multiplier. In Orca slicer there is a flow ratio calibration file to print and instructions on how to correct it.
