MakerBot Desktop Model Render Issue

Good evening - this is the first time I've run into this issue, and I wasn't able to find any info on it anywhere else. The attached images will be most helpful, but parts of the models appear black in MakerBot Desktop, and the preview also renders with strange geometry. I've checked my models in Blender and can't find any obvious cause for this, but it almost seems like parts of the model are attached where they shouldn't be. Any insight would be much appreciated!

Figured it out, it was incorrect normals for those lower faces. I'll leave this up in case anyone happens to run into this issue.
