    I can't read the wall thickness in the posted image, but that might not be a concern. I see the layer thickness is 0.28 mm, which is very close to the maximum for a 0.4 mm nozzle. Have you tried a smaller layer thickness? Using a layer thickness of 0.2 mm is pretty common.

    Consider also to try a different slicer. PrusaSlicer is quite capable, may have a profile for your printer, is free and easy to use and may shed some light on the problem.

    Ok first of all i am kinda stupid that i said creality cause i had latest version of cura installed and that is what i had used , wall thickness is 0.8 also i tried lower quality(.28) to see if it resolved the issue I had with the dog , witch it did but it came out looking like it's made from spider webs or smth
