    Out of filament sensor

    HelloMy XYZ da Vinci Super has started to annoy me. After aprox 30 minutes of printing printer shows an error - out of filament, but on spool has a lots of filament. Has anybody have an idea how to fix it or does this error have a workaround - unplug filament sensor? XYZ manufacter isn't responsing to my question.Thanks.
