Prints on are not square on build plate side.

Hi I am trying to print https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3174137 and when I try to put the pieces together they don't fit because my print is not square on the bottom. I never even noticed this all my other prints come out looking great. I leveled the bed and ran the level test print and looks like it's good. But when I print the calibration cube the bottom layer is a little rounded. Any ideas how I can fix this?

That sounds like the print warping of the build plate a little. You don't say what material you are using some warp much more than others. PLA is usually good ABS is often awful And some others well !!!!!!!!!!
