You can change the slicing process at a specified layer want 25% infill from layer 1 through 69, then at layer 70 I want 50% infill.

The modifier meshes are actually much more powerful than the S3D profiles.

Decided to print this pre-sliced model seems to work perfectly
It printed perfectly. Now I need to go through the Modifier meshes tutorial to see how I can do this myself.
