Looking for one last attempt before I toss this printer out the window.
After $150 in upgrades, shipping, etc. I'm still not getting anywhere. The entire printer is nearly rebuilt INCLUDING a new mother board (quiet drive technology), entire hot end assembly, and aluminum feeder, and bed substrate.
Still getting jams at the hot end, but more an issue is Adhesion to the bed.I've tried:
- bed temp from 65-75 (normally set to 70).
- Nozzle 200 degrees
- bed clearance 1 sheet of paper "tight, or loose resistance"
- 0.003" - 0.005" with feeler gauges even!
- Fan 0, Fan 75, Fan 100
- Flow 75, or 100
-3 brands of PLA (also happens with PETG, but let's not go there!)
LAST SETTING FOR PHOTO BELOW:
200 nozzle, 75 bed, flow 75, 0.005" bed, fan 100
