    looks pretty straight forward.
    But would need exact measurements.

    I have no idea what a summacut is - but the part doesn't look complicated.

    what's wrong with buying one ?

    It's a vinyl cutter plotter, that part looks like it goes in the end of a roll of vinyl. Bit like a toilet roll holder only bigger.
