    This is simple.

Download WinMerge load configuration.h from both Marlin 1.1.2 and Marlin 1.1.9 compare and transfer the configuration data you need or want
Then do the exact same for configuration_adv.h files

However I would Jump over Marlin 1.1.9 to Marlin 1.1.9 bug-fix.

In some cases you may need to compare your pins_RAMPS.h.

I took a look at your Configuration.h files. Made a few changes and a few notes.

This is something that should get you closer. Though before I could tell you for sure I would need more information about your 3D Printer.

Do not know if you have a fix or a deploy-able Z-Probe for example. Basically took the setting from Marlin 1.1.2 and merged them into Marlin-bugfix 1.1.9

Compiles with Arduino 1.8.8 and Arduino 1.9.0-Beta
Sketch uses 116846 bytes (46%) of program storage space. Maximum is 253952 bytes.
Global variables use 4417 bytes (53%) of dynamic memory, leaving 3775 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 8192 bytes.

Do not dive in and upload until you / I post more on this firmware conversion.

    OK

This is still easy I can work with this however need to know its location from the nozzle to help you configure it for auto home / auto bed leveling.

Did this 3D Printer come with Instructions for setting it up, please post link.

I am assuming that you have installed the Marlin 1.1.2 some time ago and you should be able to check the configuration, done to verify it as correct for your Printer.
And you will be able to reload the Marlin 1.1.2 if it is not functioning correctly. As I did this without any implied or expressed guarantees to try and help you out.

    Next Update Marlin 1.1.9-bugfix
Sketch uses 134990 bytes (53%) of program storage space. Maximum is 253952 bytes.
Global variables use 5050 bytes (61%) of dynamic memory, leaving 3142 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 8192 bytes.
