    Do you know what the Controller for your 3D Print is.

    We should try something simple. Auto Home the printer.
    Then using the LCD move the X,Y and Z to there extremes a little at a to say 10mm increments.
    Then return them to there home positions in 10 mm increments until they have returned to home.

    If you can do this, then we need to setup the Slicer program to work with the 3D Printer.
    If you cannot then we need to check out how smoothly the X-Y axis travel is.
    The Y carriage should be easily moved with power off as well as the X axis nozzle assembly carriage .

    No I do not know what the controller is unfortunately. I tried moving the x y z axis and no movement

    If you have an email address I can send a video of what the printer does when the home button is hit and what the lcd screen is showing

    Looking at the Web it look like you have 4 Stepper motor driver modules and a RAMPS1.4.

    Found it here did I correctly identify your 3D Printer.

    I normally Upload all my attachments to a Google Drive share these are free.


    Create a Google Drive Upload the Video and Paste the Share link in a post.
    I will watch and give you my opinion of what I find.
