    Do you have a multi-meter?

If so could you measure the resistance across the GND symbol, N and L terminals.
This is the 3 right most terminals on the Connector Strip.

With no wires connected measures across the three terminals there should be no resistance.
It any resistance is measured between any of the 3 pins then the power supply is shorted.

I would try to power the Supply with nothing connected to the plus and minus terminals.
An only connect the L and N terminals for this test if the LED on the circuit board does not light then Controller could be bad.

Ok new power supply has been hooked up, and installed a 3 wire 3 prong plug. The power supply works great now. Fans kick in and all. Now I started going through the repetier program for the printer. I can load the file and go through all the slicer part (using cursa) but the bed and extruded do not heat and it just doesn?t move. (I did calibrate with home button etc. and swapped wires Incase I got something backwards) but still can?t print. Anything I should look for? Sorry for all the issues. This is literally brand new to me and I?m trying to learn this

Ok. So I have filament moving through the nozzle and comes out perfect but the printer itself does not move for some reason. I loaded a small file to print. Went through slicer. Gave me a time. Hit start and it just sits there with filament coming out.
