    I watched your video, it appears that your nozzle is still too high above the bed.
    Quick test you take a sheet of paper from your printer cut to the size of the bed and stretch tightly then tape it to the bed.
    Leave room between the clear tape and your first print line without changing anything print on the paper.
    This is how much you need to lower the nozzle.

    Big thanks to all replies so far. I seem to have solved those problems but I have found another. If you look at the video it looks like the couplers are moving but no filament is being fed through. I have placed a black dot on the filament and it's going nowhere. Any ideas ? I'll get there in the end haha. Thanks again

    May I ask how did you resolve this issue?
