    Hi Geoff, did you contact our headquarter in China for support? If so, I'll relay your concerns over to them.

    Providing excellent after-sales support is one of the aspects that makes us stand out, but at the moment, it seems like we're not meeting the expectations of our customers. However, we will continue to work hard to exceed your expectations
