    3D Printing by the numbers

    This was an interesting infograph that 3D Systems released. Gives a good history of 3D printing.


    I had no idea that 3D systems was founded back in 1986. Also, I'm pretty sure desktop 3D printing was around prior to 2012, right?

    wow 1983, they were waaaaay ahead of time, but the interesting part is, if they knew 3d printer could be done in 1983...why did it take 30 + years to finally be commercial
