3D Printed Quadcopter - Printed with 3D Printing Pen!
So I've heard it over and over again. "You can't print anything useful with a 3D printing pen". Well, it might be true most of the time but one guy actually printed a fully operational quadcopter using a 3d printing pen.
Here is the video:
Would have probably looked a whole lot better and flown better if it has been done on a real 3D printer, but nonetheless it works and it was done using one of these 3d pens. The guy that did this is named Matt Quest, and he used a 3D Airpen. Never heard about it before but apparently it is pretty much the same thing as the 3doodler and lixpen.
I wonder how long this took him to print.Last edited by OctavioP; 05-21-2014 at 03:27 PM.

Well that certainly is cool, and much more precise than I would have expected. I was kinda hoping to see him make the propellers too rather than just the body... Guess that was too much to hope for.
Please explain to me how to...
