Hanging threads on verticals
Printing half of a stand to hold RC cars. I have printed the same file before with out issues but with a different filament, didn't have the issue. As you can see on the uprights there's strings hanging off. This is the 1st time I have seen this, had the fine hair like strands at times but nothing like this.
Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus
Filament: Dazzle Light PLA
Temp: 210
Bed temp 60
Speed 60
Slicer Cura 3.04
To me it looks like it's travelling while still extruding if so what could be causing this?

You are dripping filament while traveling, You can "enable retraction" and enable the Z hop to help eliminate this.
My Setting are
Minimum Travel (mm) 1.5
Enable combing All
Minimal extrusion before retracting (mm) .1
Z hop when retracting (mm) .075
