Well, that's definitely a firmware issue, which is tough because the fix is a little beyond what the average consumer is capable of. Was this printer an assembled, or was it a kit? Where did you buy it from? Where did you download the firmware from?

Whatever is wrong occurs around the 37-38 second mark of the video. It shoulden't kick over like that. The first probe should be nearly dead center on the bed...which is why it tries to probe off the build plate.
