How long should BuildTak surface last?
This morning, I was trying to print some RC truck parts and I found out that PETG filament no longer stick to BuildTak surface even after cleaning it with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol. After replacing the BuildTak surface, the problem was solved. How long should BuildTak surface last? Does humidity be affecting the BuildTak surface and PETG filament? The Hygrometer reads about 55%

Wow, that's not long, how many prints did you do? I find I get about 40-80 prints using ABS, PLA and Nijaflex and it is usually removal damage that causes me to scrap the sheet. not lack of adhesion.
Have you tried a spray adhesive as well? I use http://www.formfutura.com/dimafix-fi...-printing.html and I find it works very well.

just bear in mind with printbite you can't use tpu flexible filaments on it - stuff just doesn't come off.
check my thread for stuff it's good for.
http://3dprintboard.com/showthread.p...-surface/page3
scroll down the page - list of pros and cons is towards the bottom.
Absolutely amazing for anything pla based and doesn't wear out. Also good for petg.
If you can't be arsed to wait for the printbed to cool down - I find a sharp tap or two with a hammer (I actually use the back end of a prnted viking axe: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1043415 ) knocks it loose with out any problems.
