Seems like today is the day for the food 3d printers. Earlier we saw the Chocabyte go on sale, and just a few minutes ago The Foodini 3D food printer launched their Kickstarter campaign:

Foodini is seeking funding of $100,000 on Kickstarter by April 25th. At the time of me posting this, they already have raised over $7k. The printer will retail for $1300, but those who back it on Kickstarter can get it for as cheap as $999. The first batch of printers will ship by October of this year.
