How to measure what I want to print?
Hi,
I'd like to replace the stock radio in my car with some nice double-din Android device. The problem is that the frame around the radio is not rectangular, but it has oval edges. If I take it out and install a differnet device it won't look good. Also it's impossible to get such frame from a store, so I've decided to see if it's possible to print it. But first I'd have to measure this missing frame and create a project for it.
Any ideas what I should use? I've heard of some 3d scanners - is it something I should be looking for?
