WoeLab Making 3D Printer Out of Local Waste
The WoeLab, a maker space in the Western Africa country of Togo, is working on creating a 3D printer made of locally sourced e-waste. Using discarded electronic components, Lalle Nadjagou and the other community members are hoping to use e-waste to create 3D printers for schools across the region. e-waste - nice term.
My workshop is full of e-waste :-) (I used to call it crap).
Actually recycled the on-off switch out of a really old dial up modem the other day for the coolling fan on the knp machine.
Do bed magnets deteriorate.
