In January, New Matter announced that they would be donating $200,000 in 3D printers and printing supplies to 100 schools as part of their Educate and Inspire Grant. Now the company has announced the recipients, which were chosen out of a pool of over 450 applicants. The winners consist of elementary, middle, and high schools, plus a few colleges, all of which will receive three MOD-t 3D printers, 15 1kg spools of filament, and 15 extra print surface plates.
