Removing stuck PLA material from print bed (CocoonCreate a.k.a. Wanhao Duplicator i3)

Thanks for the suggestion. The palette knife I have is almost razor thin and just can't get it under the PLA raft. I scuffed and scraped the print bed mat quite a bit where I got a bit more aggressive with removal attempt.

The parts I could lift I pulled slowly to try and take as much material as possible but it just flakes up.

I am just new with the Cocoon Create printer and I see some use tape like this on the bed.
