French startup Open Edge has remained busy lately, offering not just a new 3D printer, the Mondrian, on Kickstarter, but also showing off their compact new nozzle design which is integrated into the 3D printer. The Mondrian 3.0 is an open source, RepRap style printer which can be purchased either as a kit or fully assembled. Offering unique precision, as well as being customizable, it was created for makers by makers.
