Scientists from Wageningen University, the Netherlands and the University of Castile-La Mancha, Spain recently discovered a better way to 3D print with PDMS, in a new process called Embedded SCAffold RemovinG Open Technology--or ESCARGOT. The method is still in the initial stages but with the use of ABS 3D printing filament, it offers a way to create intricate microfluidic devices more easily and with much greater versatility. They were able to integrate heating coil, electronics, and much more into the PDMS devices. Read more at 3DPrint.com: http://3dprint.com/109752/escargot-3...-microfluidic/
