Occasionally, it is Cleveland. But I was a medic of various aspects (Flight, EMS, ER, Pediatric Critical Care) over the years, so aside from my time actually in a hospital, I was mainly in the field.
The movie "Bringing out the Dead" is more true than not, scarily enough.
