    Does you slicer software not have the same setting options as those I listed ?
    You probably need to check All of them .

    No.. very limited raft settings... yet the most robust software out there

    Sorry about that, I know you are having a Real problem and I wish I could help more.
    But really the first thing I would do is try Different slicer software, to see if that improved the rafts.
    That would give an indication as to where the problem really is.
