Singapore is keeping the focus on 3D printing, and this was emphasized further at TechInnovation, the largest event in Singapore highlighting and matching both industry and technology. It was announced that a cluster has been created to further 3D printing, as well as to help startups, spinoffs, and more. The cluster is called The National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster, or NAMIC, and will be composed of individuals from Nanyang Technological University, as well as the National University of Singapore, and the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
