Google's Boston Dynamics has recently unveiled how they plan on utilizing 3D printing in order to make their humanoid robot, Atlas, even more versatile and nimble. They will be 3D printing streamlined legs for the robot which will reduce its weight and make the entire leg much less complicated. The founder of Boston Dynamics expects to have these legs ready before the end of the year.
