G-Code Reverser is Released
MXD3D has built a series of software tools to simplify the process of creating 3D printable content. They're the creators of 3D printing technology such as Gameprint and MakePrintable. Now with G-Code Reverser from MakePrintable, a tool which interprets G-code, collects the necessary details and data from those commands and “regenerates” a 3D model to represents the outcome of the printing process, the makers say their software will allow users to simplify changing various settings and targeting other printers. You can read the whole story here: http://3dprint.com/66723/g-code-reverser/
Below is a screengrab from the G-code Reverser process:

Cura also takes Gcode and displays it as a 3d model.

Cura displays G-Code to represent the lines that will be printed using that G-Code, while the Reverser will output a 3D model file, that you can edit once more using editing software (Blender, or 3DMAX), or to regenerate the G-Code once more using a slicer like Cura.
