    After I hit "continue", the printer is trying to raise the temperature and once temperature hit the target, then the error shows up. Yes, I have tried scrubbing the pogo pins with lint-free swabs and alcohol. But it has no effect. I also tried opening the pogo card box to clean the whole pogo card, but not sure how to safely get the pogo card out.

    Did you connect your printer to a screen? What I have is "12C read failed for head 0".
