Sibling team Ryan and Brandon Turner of Austin, TX were fed up with the tinny microphones that accompany the GoPro video equipment, and saw a real need for surround-sound, quality audio. With the help of designers and manufacturers, they developed the 3D printed, adjustable Immortal Mics system, which does not require any processing after the fact, and delivers binaural sound to the user later, which sounds just like it did originally to the person wearing the GoPro. They’ve launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise $35K for final production and fulfillment of the 3D printed audio devices.
