outlines dont touch

Im trying out PETG for the first time. I Set the outer permiters to 5 layers.. but i notice that when its printing the outlines are not touching each other. i assume this is just a extrusion multipler issue.

filament dia setting and extrusion multiplier. your not flowing enough filament for your printer to extrude the expected extrusion width set in the slicer.

hmm but when i did a print.. the finished piece was slightly oversized
if my extrusion multi was too low.. the piece would be slightly smaller.
fila diam is set right.
