Newbie printer needs some guidance
Hi Guys and Girls
I've just got my new printer yesterday and being totally new to this I'm having as many fails as I am successes
I've attached a few pictures of my fails, I'm just wondering if anyone could give me some hints of why they failed.
All the files for the models were from Thingyverse or Youmagine.
Thanks in advance!

The cube frame is rather obvious, no support at all. I would stay away from bridging tweaks.
Further, not everything you find on thingiverse or youmagine are printable right away. Some are piss poor optimized and give youu trouble .
The printer itself could be the root of all the problem also, especially the makerbot 5th gen type that fails big time....

GO get some of the printer test pieces off thingiverse and try printing those. Example, overhand and bridging tests. Watch it print. You'll quickly figure out why some of those prints you listed above failed when you see parts of the test prints fail.
