Supports sticking VERY firmly to part

When I print with supports, they get very stuck to the main piece and make it nearly impossible to remove. Most of the time I have to go in with a dremel and cut it out, and that scars my piece. What should I do to resolve this?

PLA at around 190, I tuned the steps/mm of the extruder and this temp seems to be the best for this PLA. Not sure what else to do to keep the supports from bonding so hard. Printing without supports is not an option, the part will fall apart.

It was very difficult for a printer and most of the printer are telling that it is impossible to take a print without sticking, you just take the help of printers who are expert in removing the sticking very easily. You must use a 3-d printer, which are having a spatula and scraped knuckles which remove the print very easily.

Use a dual-extruder printer which can produce soluble supports. For instance, ABS prints with PVA supports.
