It looks like you've got multiple problems here. Have you run through the calibration guide yet? http://reprap.org/wiki/Calibration

That being said, your speed and temperature look OK. I'm going to assume that we're looking at the bottom of the print in the second photo. You've got some pretty severe overhangs here, which is causing the filament to droop. You can improve things by increasing the extrusion width and the number of walls, so there's a decent overlap over each layer. A cooling fan directed at the nozzle will help with PLA.

I'm surprised support material doesn't help. What settings for support did you use?
