Power Down

I just got my Creator Pro and I am printing the demo objects.

Question: Does this machine ever power down? What I mean is do the lights ever turn off and the fans stop? I had it sitting for about 1/2 hour and the power supply fan stayed on the whole time.

The power supply fan is temperature controlled and is almost silent. There is a very noisy fan blowing air over the stepper drivers. That one can be changed out for a quieter fan or unplugged all together. I prefer it to be on though, nothing wrong with a little cooling.

Do the lights ever turn off? Does that noisy fan ever turn off?

I got it last night and just had enough time to assemble and print the cone before I went to bed. I let it sit for maybe 30 minutes and everything stayed on so I turned it off and went to bed.

I usually just turn mine off after a brief period of cooling down after it prints. Switch on the back.
